Our Packages

Package #1 - Day program: Assessment, program development 1-2 hours, working session 2-3 hours, follow-up 30-60 minutes.

Package #2 – Ongoing Day program: Assessment, program development 1-2 hours, 6 working sessions 2-3 hours, follow-up 1 hour.

Package #3 – Guest program: Assessment, program development 1-2 hours, 4 working sessions 2-3 hours, 4 one-hour telephone sessions, follow up assessment and briefing 1 hour.

Here is how it works: you decide if you want to come for a day visit or a “guest” visit (at least two nights). In either case, you go online and take three assessments (about 40 minutes). You will receive a report that looks like this sample: Sample TriMetrix™ coaching report

Next, we spend some time on the phone so that I can get a picture of what you want to have happen. I then study your report and create a custom program for you that includes coaching with me and working on the ground with just the right horse for you.

We then get meet at RoseHill Farm, discuss your program and head for the horses. The rest is totally unique with each individual. We let it happen and afterward sit down to assess the learning and create goals, next steps, and an accountability process.

If you are in the “guest” program, you get involved in more activities for reflection, planning, preparation, and coaching with both Elaine and Don, both certified coaches. 

Review is part of every program. In four to six months after the conclusion of whatever program you have experienced, we talk again by phone to look at the changes and what still needs to happen.
